Chef Philippe Peretti of Philippe Restaurant, Bangkok

Chef Philippe Peretti of Corsica has been fascinated with food with a specific interest in French culinary art since a very young age. He has trained with some of the top Chefs from various Michelin Stars restaurants throughout France for many years. Chef Philippe has traveled the world to gain further knowledge and experience in different cuisines. Outside of France, Chef Philippe has worked in New York, Hawaii, Israel, and other places world wide and has journeyed to England, America, Australia, China, Japan, Cambodia, and most of South East Asia. He has earned diplomas in both Cooking and Restaurant Management from leading professional schools in France and England. In 1998 Chef Philippe opened his restaurant, Philippe Restaurant, in Bangkok, Thailand after visiting Bangkok and falling in love with Thailand. Bangkok is now Chef Philippe's home. He is owner and chef of Philippe Restaurant, a French Restuarant in Bangkok.
